Markings: The foundry mark "Cire/Perdue/A.A. Hebrard" is stamped on the top of the base at the back of the sculpture. There is an inscription, "1/L"on the base to the left of the stamp. There is an inscription, "Degas" on the base to the left of the proper right foot. There is a piece of tape on the bottom of the sculpture, with Gutman written on it. There is also a paper label remnant adhered to the bottom.
