Mold-made, Inka-style aríbalo shape with squat, slightly carinated body that bears small side handles on the lower body, and a short spout. A panel of embossed figures is framed between the handles on one side of the body exterior. The panel shows three rayed figures with upraised hands. In typical Chimú style, the vessel has been fired in a reduced atmosphere and appears black.
