Beaker vase decorated with flowering plants and fantastic rocks enclosed within oblong, quatrefoil panels on opposite sides of the body: on one side, a dianthus and on the other, a variety of chrysanthemum. The panels are set against a background of sloppily drawn and painted flower-and-vine leaf scroll. Bands of bracketed ruyi-heads decorate the top and top, below the mouth and above the foot. The mouth rim and stepped footrim are unglazed.
