(taken from NUNO list) An ever-expanding horizon of embroidery techniques have become possible through the use of machines. With this textile, history is turned upside-down, with machine embroidery emulating the 'faces' pattern of hand drawing in heavy embroidery cord. The sheer organdy is pale yellow with yellow embroidery creating a grid of abstract faces.
