Four corner tassles, top and bottom bands composed of blue and brown bars. Ground is black and white bands with red and blue serrated diagonal lines in each corner. Central serrated, nested diamonds in red, blue, white, with black and white geometric figures in center. Diamond flanked by nested serrated half diamonds in same colors.
