Bulbous jar in the form of a disembodied head. Nose and ears are modeled. Face shows pupils slanting upward (sign of a dead, rather than live person). Below the eyes, a red band with with tiny deep red specks is indicated. Mouth is marked by cactus spines, consistent with Nasca practice of securing mouth of disembodied head. Polychrome facial features against white surface. Vessel collar (black on white) forms headdress of stylized feathers.
