Rare print; only other impressions are in the BN. According to Melot, the plate is worked with a "mechanical tool". Despite being inscribed with the names "Daubigny et Lavoignat," Delteil claims that Daubigny made this plate in collaboration with Gustave Armand Houbigant. It is unclear if this was just an error by Delteil, or if he had some reason for claiming that Houbignant, and not Lavoignat, was Daubigny's collaborator. The lower center margin bears a portrait medallion of Marie Augustin Xavier Feuillet.
