Warrior dressed in chain mail and armour with a plumed helmet. The warrior is pulling back abruptly on the reins that he is holding in both hands. The horse's hind legs are bent almost to the ground with the proper left hind leg forward; its proper right foreleg is raised, while the proper left foreleg forms a stiff diagonal line with the hoof on the ground; bushy tail is arched. Base: irregular oval ground with striations; no rim.
