Central oblong dome with long snout in front with two nostril holes in the end and three square holes along each side; horns carved in back meeting at their tips, carved as a flat plane. Two small oblong raised forms at the base of the horns on top appear to have been sheared off, resulting in the removal of some previously carved form. Top of dome is incised with linear designs, and three ridges run from front to back. A raffia ruff is attached around the base of the dome.
