Cup and saucer from 'Liberty' service designed & manufactured 'solely for the benefit of various Allied War Charities.' White glazed porcelain body with polychrome decoration of a crest, consisting of a shield with the American stars & stripes surrounded by a laurel wreath and capped by (left to right) the flags of England, Belgium and France. Four additional flags on each side represent the remaining allies of the US during WWI.
