Rigid roll at top decorated on each end with white and red parallelograms outlined in black. Metal discs, fringe of white and blue beads, small piece of fur attached to end of skin under roll. Central part has white ground with bands of color outlined in black with 'T' or 'Y' extending off some ends. Large black band has design of blue stripe, blue and white diamond, 2 green and white diagonal lines over 2 green inverted 'L's', green and white diamond. This design is repeated on other side of green strip. 5 panels and 2 miniature side panels have white ground. Edge of central panel outlined in blue, flanked by panels containing black rectangles with either blue or red center, edge is partially outlined in blue. Miniature panels have blue and black strip.
Collected by the donor in South Africa in the early 1980's.
