Printed in bistre ink. According to the British Museum website, this is one of "eleven title-pages belonging to an album of Franco-Romanian romances. They were printed by Delâtre and published in 1857, without the musical score or text. This series of eleven plates are rare; they were executed for an amateur and not a music publisher."
