Large scale printed floral on cotton percale inspired by French “Indiennes” of the late 18th century and Indian printed/painted cottons of the 17th century, but in larger scale. Yellow ground with oriental styled floral designs printed with linear outlines and “smudged” interiors to simulate block printed designs.
