This print was published and apparently also commissioned by the Nuremberg publisher Johann Friedrich Frauenholz. It shows the artist Francesco Rosaspina (Italian, 1762-1841) in his studio with his students. Giulio Tomba numbered among one of Rosaspina's pupils.
