Seated female figure holding a container forms the basis of this wide-mouthed jar. Arms and legs ae modeled in thin clay fillets. Since Carchi artists frequently depict men and women coqueros (coca chewers), it is likely that this woman carries a lime container. The vessel is resist painted in red and black.
