The water dropper or waterpot is in the form of a conch shell. The exterior is mottled green, blue, amber and white and has five bumpy, raised ridges. There are drips on the rim where these ridges terminate and one end terminates in a spiral. Green and yellow splashes decorating the interior are more widely spaced. One end of the bowl, near the spiral, is flat with two holes for the left thumb and forefinger; the pouring spout situated so that the vessel would be tipped forward to pour forth water contained in the bowl of the shell.
