One from a series of five plates (H. 25 - 29). As described in Hollstein, these prints were apparently part of a project that was not completed. They are related to four additional prints, two engraved by Johannes Sadeler I (H. 50 - 51), and two by Raphael Sadeler I (H. 7 and 9).

Inscribed: Recto: in image, lower left, in plate "[indecipherable] M. de Vos inuen. Iohan W fecit"; in image, lower right, in plate "Sadleri excud."; below image, lower margin, in plate three lines of text in Latin beginning "Cumq[ue] pergerent et [...]"

Markings: CM: Claghorn (on verso of mount)
