This may be a 19th-century facsimile. It is known that the British Museum published a facsimile of their first state impression of Lucas van Leyden's "Large Ecce Homo" in "Reproductions of Prints in the British Museum, New [Second] Series Part III (German, Dutch, and Italian Prints)," published by the Trustees in 1890, where it was number IX and described as "Lucas van Leyden. Christ Presented to the People."
