Based on Manet's painting, The Spanish Singer, 1860 (Metropolitan Musem; Rouart and Wildenstein 32). Fisher describes the technique for this impression as "etching, roulette, bitten tone," but roulette cannot be indentified by this cataloguer (NS).
From the journal "L'Artiste"; this edition, according to Harris, is "identified by a horizontal fold across the middle."
