One of fifteen small weaving samples from the studio of Dorothy Liebes. This example consists of a twill-woven fabric forming a plaid of raw silk and cotton threads in a variety of colors including red, dark pink, gold, yellow-green, lt. blue, turquoise blue, and very light green.
The sample was originally attached to a white cardboard mount with the number of the design and name of the designer written by hand. (Removed for conservation reasons but saved in Textile Department.)
