Appears to be between states 1 and 2 as described by Goodfriend (compare to 1996.48.11090). The first state is described as lacking the lefthand street lamp and with a title inscription in the lower center; and the second state is marked by the addition of the lefthand street lamp. This impression lacks the street lamp and the title inscription.
