John Finlay 1777-1851. In 1840 Census, he claims he was born in England. His father was named Hugh, dies in 1787, mother dies in 1790. He had a son who died (unbaptized) in 1807, a daughter Mary Jane and a daughter Orilla (both lived to be adults, marry, and have children). Don't know his wife's name. After brother Hugh's death, he claimed again to be a coach builder...interesting, I think.
