Wooden adze with metal blade. Blade hafted into wooden socket with wire and twine. Wooden handle is cylindrical at bottom, becoming squared on inner face and tapered on outer face moving toward the top. Handle flares where it joins top hafting portion. Only ornament is semi-circular crest of wood at back of haft which is continuation of flared handle.
