(Decorated with raised characters on both sides of the body, 'Have a high moral standard and follow it to keep a good reputation' The censer is decorated with a wide, low rim around the mouth; with 4 raised, archaistic characters on each side of the body ('Have a high moral standard and follow it to keep a good reputation'); and with 2 elongated, humanoid monster mask handles, and 3 elephant-head feet with pronounced eyes and long tusks. The greenish gray glaze is finely crackled.
