Center oil font, with pyramidal finial, supports a ring (with paired swans) from which hang 16 prisms. Between the font and the square stepped base, with its four foliate feet, the elaborately cast shaft features foliage and flower baskets. Both reeded oil pipe arms curve forward and support the burners; 10 prisms hang from rings. Campana-form frosted and cut glass shades are held in place by screws.
