One half of leather strip decorated with horizontal bands in the following order 1) vertical strands of beads flanked by buttons encircled by single row of beads, 2) metal strip, 3) vertical strands of beads with no buttons, then bands repeat in following order 2,1,2,3,2,1. Rounded bottom of ornament is decorated in 2 rows of beads white, royal blue, orange and black. Metal eye on 2 ends of ornament.
