Mosaic or Hexagonal design, Europe or America, Silk, Cotton, late 20th–early 21st century, 54-5/8” x 55” Sturdy velvet with ground of dark yellow-green cotton with uncut dark brown hexagons approximately 1-1/2” wide. Within hexagon is second concentric hexagon formed of dark yellow-green voided ground on one side and cut dark brown pile on the other. Within this is another hexagon of dark silk uncut pile, then a hexagon of light grey-taupe cut pile and a center of light grey-taupe uncut pile. Woven selvages.
