The length of fabric is dark blue Chinese plain-woven silk with double dragon and flaming pearl roundels created by gauze technique. The roundels measure 8-1/2' in diameter and are arranged alternating two across and three across (only halves of the outside roundels fit on three across). The top edge is a selvage and the bottom edge is torn or rough cut. Both sides are selvages.
