Greuter engraved seven allegorical plates after da Cortona, Lanfranco, Sacchi, and Guido Reni, representing episodes from the legend of Flora; the book was first published by Stefano Paulino in Rome in 1633 in Latin and Italian editions, with an Italian edition published in 1638. Six plates from the series are in the Garrett Collection (1945.112.2037 - 1946.112.2042).
