Flower-Form (also known as Floriform) Favrile glass vase, made from colorless, transparent green, and opaque opal glasses; blown and iridized. Tulip-shaped cup, cased by opal glass with green feathering representing leaves. Long, elegant stem, fused with translucent twisted green glass rods, swelling into an elongated knop near the foot. Inside of cup and underside of foot fumed with gold, providing a warm, soft glow. Fuming, an iridization technique whereby blown hot glass is sprayed with metallic salts, results in iridescent surface seen here. Signed on the underside.
Baltimore Museum of Art by gift, 1967.

Inscribed: Etched signature, on foot, around edge: "1060 C; L.C. Tiffany-Favrile"
