Napoleon Bonaparte astride a horse. The horse's proper right foreleg and proper left hind leg are raised; its neck is arched, mouth open; bushy tail arched; braided mane sweeeping to the proper right ends in a rosette. Bonaparte, dressed in parade uniform, holds the reins in his proper left hand while his proper right hand rests lightly on his proper right thigh. Base: rectangular ground with markings; no rim.
