The tubular skirt of plain-woven, indigo dyed cotton with cotton embroidery throughout in red, pink, beige, and brown. The skirt was woven on a backstrap loom in three bands (9-1/2", 10", 7") with narrow brown stripes that served as guideline for the embroidery which is geometric in design.
