Face with protruding cylinders on cheeks; large overhanging forehead flanked by a horn on either side; large semi-circular open mouth with protruding tongue and metal teeth; iron hook on top of head; animal tail hair under nose as mustache; two shotgun shells on proper right side; bunches of human hair around chin and cloth attached to both sides.
