Printed in brown-black ink. Guiffrey distinguishes between two states, "Premier état: Remarque de traits verticaux de pointe sèche à droite et à gauche. Deuxième état: Les traits verticaux effacés." However, these vertical drypoint lines seem to be present in all impressions.
