A small rectangular modern tapestry featuring an abstract scene including five boats (fishing ships?), 12 fish, and a large bright sun. The tapestry is composed of wool wefts on cotton warps. Colors of wool yarn include deep muted orange, red, olive, gold, dark blue, light blue, rust, black and green, but the sun appears in brighter yarns. The designer's name is worked in wools at the viewer's lower left. Additional initials probably represent the weaver. The tapestry is finished on all sides.
