Low footrim with beveled inner edge with convex, shallow foot cavity; ovoid body with angled, rounded shoulder; spout rising vertically from the shoulder before angling outward; two rounded, small pinched loops at join of neck and shoulder, and ridged, strap handle; high neck with everted rim. The glaze is glassy, with crazing overall.
The Baltimore Museum of Art by gift, 1998; acquired by donor from her friend, 'Philip W.' who had acquired it from an antique shop in Hong Kong (where he was working for a British firm).
