Woman's fitted cotton, off-white, shirtwaist blouse featuring insertions of eyelet in a criss-cross pattern alternating with rows of vertical pleats approximately 1/2" wide down the front. The back also has a pleated yoke and eyelet insertions. The long sleeves are pleated horizontally down their entire length with cuffs of gathered eyelet at the wrist. The blouse buttons down the front, but also has a tie at the back. The collar band has buttonholes at both the front edges and the center back in order to allow the use of a detachable collar. Hemmed at the bottom edge. The eyelet and blouse construction both appear to have been by machine, but with good workmanship.
