The Baltimore Museum of Art (BMA) announced today that noted collectors and philanthropists Pamela J. Joyner and Alfred J. Giuffrida have gifted the museum a group of seven works by artists Radcliffe Bailey, Zander Blom, Moshekwa Langa, Clifford Owens, Adam Pendleton, and Purvis Young, plus two promised gifts of large-scale paintings by Meleko Mokgosi and Angel Otero that will come to the museum at a later date.

In August 2019, the Baltimore Museum of Art (BMA) announced its 2020 Vision, a year of exhibitions and programs dedicated to the presentation of the achievements of women artists. The initiative, which formally launched in fall 2019, encompasses 16 solo exhibitions and seven thematic shows.
