These guides are designed to help you explore different areas of art history using artworks from the Baltimore Museum of Art’s collection and exhibitions. Each guide contains lessons that provide inspiration and helpful strategies to engage you and your students.

Art, Mindfulness, and Peacebuilding
The Art, Mindfulness, and Peacebuilding (AMP) curriculum is based on a program of the same name that was piloted at The Baltimore Museum of Art (BMA) starting in 2017. AMP brings together art history, studio art, conflict resolution, brain and behavioral science, and contemplative practices to create a new framework for students' social, emotional, and creative development.
