Medium weight upholstery fabric featuring large scale floral/leafy medallions design on striped background. The damask pattern appears in cream on a background of red, blue, and gold on the front side with the red bands being the widest, then the blue bands narrower and surrounded by narrower gold bands that also have a very narrow strip of reddish-brown. On the reverse, the pattern appears somewhat narrower blue surrounded on two sides with gold stripes that are narrower still. The warps are blue, red and yellow. The red areas appear somewhat striated in color. The wefts are cream. Intermediate colors appear where wefts and warps both show on the surface. The ground is satin with the pattern bound in twill. No inscriptions. Woven and cut selvages. Cut ends.
