The upper section is decorated with four painted oval panels of dark glass, two contain figures of Temperance and Justice. Panel in drop door of center compartment shows Diana and Endymion in design taken directly from Sheraton's 'Design Book'. Interior of this compartment is decorated with an oak leaf and acorn medallion. Inlaid flower motif of light wood in stiles. Cross stretcher with center urn.
