Central square containing diamond patterns and fret pattern in black, white, blue, and red; black, white, blue horizontal stripes on ends. Two ends fringed; central blue serrated rectangle bordered in white and containing 3 serrated diamonds in white, black, blue, and maroon. Each diamond has 2 pendant white diamonds. Dotted circles in each corner of blue rectangle. White border contains 'S/Z's, swastikas, crosses with maroon centers. Center rectangle flanked by blue, white, black bands. One blue band at each end has white beading; 1 blue band at each end has red and white beading.
