White fringe at each end, central diamond formed with black and white interlocked latchhooks with small red, green, blue geometric forms, set in blue rectangle serrated on two sides, with small circle of white dots in each corner; rectangle on a white ground with 'S' design in each corner, swastikas on 2 sides, crosses on 2 sides. Two symmetrical end panels composed of narrow bands of blue, white, black with 2 narrow bands of beading, blue, white only in one panel, red/white/green in other panel.
