Two fringed ends; central blue rectangle with two serrated sides bordered in white contains triple serrated diamond in black, white, blue, maroon. Each large diamond has 2 pendant white diamonds. Each corner of blue rectangle has white dotted circles. White border contains 'S's, swastikas, and crosses with red centers. Central panel flanked by blue, white and black bands; 2 blue bands at each end contain white beading.
