Embroidered bedspread, creme linen ground with "tree of life" and birds and small and large flowers. Was embroidered on stamped linen in panels and sewn together as coverlet. "Tree of life" design in brown and green thread with birds in tree, red, gold, brown and grey. Tree branches have flowers of lavendar and peach with green leaves. Six different floral bouquets surround the tree and birds, and 14 smaller flowers are between them. Two separate panels, one on each side of central panel, contain green embroidered swags and different individual flowers.
